REFUND POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item.

1. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at customer@asanola.com with your order details, reason for return, and any supporting photos (if applicable).
  2. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return address and instructions on how to send the item back.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original condition with all tags and packaging.
  4. Ship the package using a trackable shipping service and share the tracking number with us.
  5. Once received, we will inspect the item and process your refund or exchange accordingly.

Important: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:
✔ The item must be unworn, unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging.
✔ You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items:
❌ Custom-made or personalized items.
❌ Sale items or gift cards.

3. Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges.
  • If you need a different size or item, please return the original product and place a new order for the replacement item.
  • Once your return is processed, you can proceed with purchasing the new item.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at customer@asanola.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged/defective product
  • A brief description of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, and the return shipping cost will be covered by us.

5. Return Shipping Fees

  • Customer-Initiated Returns: If you return an item for personal reasons (e.g., changed mind, wrong size ordered), you are responsible for the return shipping costs. The specific fee will depend on the shipping carrier you choose.
  • Company Responsibility: If the return is due to an incorrect or defective item, we will cover the return shipping cost.

6. Refund Processing Time

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.
